Renters must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Rates cover daily, weekly, or monthly rentals; extras like GPS or Loss Damage Waiver cost more. You’re liable for damages, accidents, or violations, and must report incidents to us and police immediately. Vehicles can’t go to Mexico, be used illegally, or be driven by unauthorized persons. Violations may lead to fees or termination. Return vehicles in good condition with a full tank, barring normal wear. Delivery is free within 25 miles in South Florida; $150 fee applies beyond. Venture Rentals isn’t liable for consequential damages unless required by law. Florida law applies.
