Yes, we require full coverage insurance to rent any vehicle from our fleet. The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental. Even if you drive a 1996 Honda Accord your full coverage insurance will cover in all 50 states. American Express offers “Premium Insurance” that can act as your primary insurance during your rental period. In addition the property damage coverage amount must be equal to or more than the value of the rental vehicle.

Yes, we require a security deposit. The deposit amount is specific to each vehicle and can range anywhere from $200 – $7,000. Cash deposit retainers will be returned after the rental period if no damages are incurred during the term of the rental. If any damages are found once the vehicle has been returned we will provide you with an onsite evaluation, and deduct it from your deposit.

We accept all forms of payment methods including all major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, Bitcoin, and cash. Cashier’s checks or personal checks are accepted if delivered to us 7-10 days before rental. They can also be given as a form of payment at our discretion for damages obtained during a rental.

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (21yrs old), full coverage insurance, and a clean driving record.

Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental will result in an in-house credit. This credit may be applied to your future reservation.

The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon. Tolls: Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period. Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citations and driving tickets. Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period. Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the number of days left during your rental period.

Miles are dependent on the vehicle class. Exotics such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, and Rolls Royce are restricted to 100 miles per day. If you surpass those miles you will be charged an additional $4.00 per mile. For all other vehicles we provide 200 miles per day and we charge $3.00 per mile for overages. These fees are applied only when vehicles are returned and discounted from the deposit.

We have a 2-day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry, Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non-guaranteed 1-day rental on weekends depending on availability.

Rented vehicles may not be driven outside the state without prior written approval. Approved States: Massachusetts, Florida, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Cape Cod & The Islands All others states and countries (example Canada need written approval from Retty Rental management) Prohibited Uses and Locations: any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity to exceed any posted speed limits in any racetrack or road course (Unless confirmed and permitted by management) by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carrying persons or property for hire to push or tow anything (Unless permitted work vehicle is used and towing weight is confirmed and approved) teach anyone to drive

We offer vehicle delivery up to 15 miles from our office for a flat rate fee. Any distance over the 15-mile threshold is subject to a surcharge payment. Anybody who stays at a 4 or 5 star hotel within a 20 mile radius will get free delivery upon concierges request.

We can deliver or pick up your rental for an additional fee. Traditionally we stay within a 15 mile radius but depending on your needs we can expand that radius.

We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and a 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.
